Matchday is published by TechFusion Lab. You can request deletion of your account and associated cloud data, or request deletion of specific playtest information.
Delete your account now
In the app: Account → Account options → Delete account. Or open secure account deletion. Sign in, confirm permanent deletion, then confirm your identity with your password, Apple or Google, as shown for your account. No email request is required for account deletion.
Need help or only want specific data removed?
Email contact.techfusionlab@gmail.com with the subject “Matchday data deletion”. Tell us whether you want the whole account deleted or only particular data.
If you used web sign-in, write from the email associated with that account where possible and say whether you used email, Apple or Google. If you played as a guest, include your display name, approximate play dates and room codes you know. Guest records may be difficult to identify without an account or other matching information. We may ask for clarification before acting. Never send a password or sign-in code.
What the request covers
A full request covers the identifiable authentication account, cloud progress, group membership, room participation and associated playtest records. Support will explain any records that cannot be identified or removed, and any provider logs or backups outside the active application records. In-app deletion starts immediately; interrupted cloud cleanup retries automatically. Limited safety reports may be retained for up to 90 days. Other devices may keep offline copies until their local storage is cleared.
Remove local guest progress
For the website, clear Matchday’s site data in your browser. On Android, clear the app’s storage in system settings. On iOS, deleting the app removes its local data; offloading may keep it. Clearing local data does not delete cloud records or earlier feedback, so send a request for those separately.
